(B) by actually using the InfoSlate, Inc. Services. In this case, you understand and agree that InfoSlate, Inc. will treat your use of the InfoSlate, Inc. Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.
You may not use InfoSlate, Inc. Services and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with InfoSlate, Inc., or (b) you are a person barred from receiving InfoSlate, Inc. Services under the laws of the United States or other countries including the country in which you are resident or from which you use InfoSlate, Inc. Services.

3. Provision of Services
InfoSlate, Inc. is constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for its users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of InfoSlate, Inc. Services may change from time to time without prior notice to you.
You acknowledge and agree that if InfoSlate, Inc. disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing InfoSlate, Inc. Services, your account details or any files or other content that is contained in your account.
You acknowledge and agree that while InfoSlate, Inc. may not currently have set a fixed upper limit on the number of transmissions you may send or receive through the Services or on the amount of storage space used for the provision of any Service, such fixed upper limits may be set by InfoSlate, Inc at any time, at InfoSlate, Inc.'s discretion.
4. Use of Services
In order to access certain InfoSlate, Inc. Services, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration process for the InfoSlate, Inc. Service, or as part of your continued use. You agree that any registration information you give to InfoSlate, Inc. will always be accurate, correct and up to date.
You agree to use InfoSlate, Inc. Services only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions (including any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the United States or other relevant countries).

Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by InfoSlate, Inc., unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with InfoSlate, Inc. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services through any automated means (including use of scripts or web crawlers).
You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts InfoSlate, Inc. Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the services).
Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with InfoSlate, Inc., you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the InfoSlate, Inc. Services for any purpose.
You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that InfoSlate, Inc. has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which InfoSlate, Inc. may suffer) of any such breach.
5. Your Account and Purchase Security
InfoSlate, Inc. will provide you with an Advertiser account to allow you to login into its web site and purchase InfoSlate, Inc. Services. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. InfoSlate, Inc. does sell products and services and you can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If products and/or services are purchased through the InfoSlate, Inc. website, InfoSlate, Inc. will employ strict security measures to safeguard online transactions; personal information will be stored in a secured database and always sent via an encrypted Internet channel. InfoSlate, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or password, you agree to notify InfoSlate, Inc. immediately at support@infoslate.net or Customer Service 888-777-0091.
6. Privacy Policy
By accepting these Terms of Agreement, you also agree to InfoSlate, Inc. Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is readily available through the homepage on our website (located at http://infoslate.net/PADS/privacy.asp). If InfoSlate, Inf. decides to change its privacy policy, we will immediately post those changes on our homepage. Thus, users always know InfoSlate, Inc.'s current privacy practices as they relate to our visitors as stated in our Privacy Policy.
Also, you agree that your Advertisement content complies with the Customer Terms of Agreement (located at http://infoslate.net/pads )
7. Pricing Policy
Upon purchasing any of InfoSlate, Inc's services, the pricing you will pay for InfoSlate, Inc. services will be presented to you on the website at time of purchase. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
8. Specific Terms for Advertisement Management Portal (AMP) and Advertising Content
InfoSlate, Inc. Advertisement Management Portal (AMP) is a website which allows partnering Advertisers to purchase advertisement space that will be displayed to InfoSlate, Inc. product users in one or more locations. An Advertiser can create and purchase one ore more Campaigns which groups advertisements by type to be displayed in one or more locations chosen by the Advertiser. AMP is one of the products and services that InfoSlate, Inc. offers and all terms and policies mentioned in this document apply to AMP.
9. Reviewing of Advertisement Content
InfoSlate, Inc. reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse or remove any or all advertising content from any InfoSlate, Inc. Service. When you purchase and upload advertisements that will be shown in InfoSlate, Inc. locations, all content will be reviewed by InfoSlate, Inc. Before the content is displayed in any customer location, all content must be approved by InfoSlate, Inc. If it is decided that any of the content is inappropriate, the campaign and the advertisement will be labeled as Rejected and must be revised by the Advertiser before the Campaign start date is reached. Also, for some of the InfoSlate, Inc. Services, InfoSlate, Inc. may provide tools to filter out explicit inappropriate content.
You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that InfoSlate, Inc. has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any Content that you create, transmit or display while using the InfoSlate, Inc. Services and for the consequences of your actions (including any loss or damage which InfoSlate, Inc. may suffer) by doing so. This includes the advertisement content or its target locations that is displayed as part of any AMP Campaign you purchase and configure. All AMP purchases are final once credit card transaction is processed.
10. Content License
You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in Advertisement content which you submit, post or display on or through, InfoSlate, Inc. Services. By submitting, posting or displaying the content you give InfoSlate, Inc. a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any content which you submit, post or display on or through, the InfoSlate, Inc. Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling InfoSlate, Inc to display, distribute and promote InfoSlate, Inc. Services and may be revoked for certain Services. You agree that this license includes a right for InfoSlate, Inc. to make such content available to other companies, organizations or individuals with whom InfoSlate, Inc. has relationships for the provision of syndicated services, and to use such content in connection with the provision of those services. You understand that InfoSlate, Inc., in performing the required technical steps to provide the InfoSlate, Inc. Services to our users, may (a) transmit or distribute your content over various public networks and in various media; and (b) make such changes to your content as are necessary to conform and adapt that content to the technical requirements of connecting networks, devices, services or media. You agree that this license shall permit InfoSlate, Inc. to take these actions. You confirm and warrant to InfoSlate, Inc. that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the above license. The InfoSlate, Inc. Services may include hyperlinks to other web sites or content or resources. InfoSlate, Inc. may have no control over any web sites or resources which are provided by companies or persons other than InfoSlate, Inc. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Advertising Advertising Terms or the use of this site shall be settled by binding arbitration conducted in Nassau County, New York in accordance with the rules then in effect of the American Arbitration Association. Such disputes shall be decided by one arbitrator designated by the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over any of the parties hereto. The fees of the American Arbitration Association shall be borne by the parties equally.
17. Site Policies, Modification, and Severability
