Kyle Piechucki, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Kyle Piechucki is an accomplished leader who has worked in financial services for over ten years. Most recently, he was a strategic alliances and a partnership consultant for Connotate Technologies in New Brunswick, New Jersey, a software development company specializing in web-monitoring and mining solutions. His responsibilities included investigating business development opportunities with technology partners and conducting in-depth market research on competition and building alliances. Mr. Piechucki expanded the company’s revenue base by 30% by securing two distribution partners. He previously worked at Reuters Group PLC, a multimedia financial news wire, in New York, New York for five years. As the global strategic relationship manager, Mr. Piechucki directed the company’s strategic partnership program for financial service technology. He developed an incremental $10 million revenue stream by securing new contracts, and negotiated several product co-branding agreements that reduced $7 million in marketing costs, among other achievements.

Mr. Piechucki was also a technology alliance manager for Reuters. He was the process owner for relationship business planning, and developed relationships with numerous technological firms. He additionally served as a customer relationship specialist with the company, and his work directly resulted in a 25% sales increase. Mr. Piechucki formerly was the director of business development and the co-founder of XL Network Solutions in Glen Cove, New York, a private company offering cable and computer networking services. He secured major contracts with Marriot, K-Mart, and the U.S. Postal Service. Vishal Verma, Chief Technical Officer and Co-Owner

Vishal Verma is a computer and technology expert, who has worked in IT for more than ten years. Mr. Verma most recently was employed at Reuters in their New York development group, where he worked on zero-footprint DHTML clients, web services, ASP.NET components, and web applications. He also helped design the Reuters Messaging Chat system and supervised the team that coded its front-end and a team producing new functionality for core messaging clients. Mr. Verma previously developed custom POS programs for multi-user POS retail stores. He also designed databases and business logic interfaces for e-commerce websites, and managed programming teams on-site and off-shore. Mr. Verma began his career in technology building PCs and repairing them for small businesses. Mr. Verma has web technology experience in ASP, ASP.NET, PHP, the AJAX paradigm, and Java/Struts/JSP, with client experience in C++, C#, DHTML, Java, and VB.
